Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Executive Finishing to manage and supervise finishing activities at the project site. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction and valuable knowledge of finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage finishing activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify/resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Design, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site updates.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Coordinate for snagging, rectification, and final finishing before handover.

Requirements
- 56 years of experience in Site Execution / Finishing.
- Strong hands-on experience specifically in finishing works.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can work from Vashi, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
