About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead

and manage end-to-end operations for our interior and fit-out business. The ideal

candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience in the interior industry and

solid exposure to working with Integrated Project/Property/Corporate clients (IPC)

and large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple interior projects.

- Drive project execution, operational efficiency, quality, timelines, and profitability.

- Manage project teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed time, cost, quality, and safety

parameters.

- Establish and monitor operational processes, SOPs, and performance standards.

- Manage resource planning and allocation across projects.

- Coordinate with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Oversee procurement, vendor management, manpower planning, and site

operations.

- Track project budgets, margins, productivity, and operational KPIs.

- Resolve escalations and operational challenges effectively.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety

standards.

- Provide regular MIS and operational reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in the interior design, interior fit-out, workplace, or related

industry.

- Strong experience in operations leadership and project execution.

- Prior experience working with IPC / integrated facility management / real-estate /

corporate clients are highly preferred.

- Experience with organizations such as Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, CBRE, Knight

Frank, Wakefit, or similar companies will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of commercial interiors, fit-outs, project management, and site

operations.

- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong commercial, negotiation, vendor-management, and client-management skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
