Key Responsibilities of HR Operations:

1. HR Administration:

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Use HR software and systems (HRIS, payroll tools, etc.) for daily updates.

1. Payroll & Benefits:

- Assist with monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with finance.
- Track employee leaves, attendance and benefits.

1. Compliance & Policies:

- Follow HR policies that align with labor laws.
- Help maintain compliance documentation for audits.

1. Employee Support:

- Respond to employee queries about policies and HR processes.
- Escalate grievances and support basic conflict resolution.

1. Process Improvement:

- Help standardize HR procedures and documentation.
- Suggest ways to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment:

1. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
2. Support recruiting plans using sourcing strategies and available resources.
3. Post job openings on the company website, job boards and social media platforms.
4. Source candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn, networking and employee referrals.
5. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and follow company and legal hiring standards.
7. Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
8. Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks and recruiting best practices.
9. Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment or a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in any specialization, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3. Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri and Shine.
4. Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks.
7. Basic knowledge of Boolean search strings (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to recruiting across multiple industries or functions, for both domestic and US requirements.
- HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
- Awareness of diversity and inclusion recruitment practices.
