In this role, you'll take complete ownership of brand development for Accelerator program for Hardlines business. The role combines business development expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to drive selection growth, drive speed and improve product quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key job responsibilities:
1. Develop business development plans with current brands to expand product selection by identifying, evaluating, and launching selection
2. Scout for whitespaces and launch brands in the space to develop Private Brands presence in the space.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product visibility, sales performance, and brand growth
4. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing,



and customer feedback data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for product optimization and cost savings
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication of requirements, priorities, and performance metrics to achieve business goals

A day in the life:
Your day is dynamic and impactful. You'll start by connecting with brands to discuss new product opportunities and develop existing product lines with that balance quality and value. Throughout the day, you'll work on onboarding new leads, bar raising on brand performance and address any growth hotspots. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and optimize product listings.
