Our Design Studio is seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. What You Will Do

- Design and create a variety of digital assets, including website banners, product images, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Analyze design performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of graphics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize graphics for engagement, focusing on both visual appeal and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet campaign objectives and deadlines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

- Experience in creating digital assets optimized for various platforms, including web and social media.
