Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Lead ClaimCenter configuration, development, and technical delivery.
- Translate claims requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide implementation of FNOL, exposures, reserves, coverage, adjudication, and recovery workflows.
- Design and support APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Conduct design and code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Mentor developers and resolve technical blockers.
- Support estimation, Agile planning, releases, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 6-10 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Claims system development.
- ClaimCenter configuration and development.
- FNOL, claims lifecycle, exposures, reserves, and coverage workflows.
- Gosu, PCF, business rules, workflow, batch, and integrations.
- API and web service development.
- P&C; claims domain knowledge.
- Hands-on technical leadership.

Positive To Have

- Guidewire Cloud experience.
- Guidewire certification.
- Subrogation, litigation, fraud, or claims payment experience.
- Experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
- CI/CD and automated testing exposure.
