We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand growth.
- Set up and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.




- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify trends, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Experience in handling multiple ad accounts/campaigns.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidates must be available for full-time Work From Office in Indore.
