Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Nandyal. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, assisting with payroll entries, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.



The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, respond to audit requests, and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll support.
- Monitor Salary Payment and Employee Attendance
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, statutory compliance, and basic budgeting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Nandyal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting role within the energy, manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.
