EPM Resource – Oracle ARCS Expertise

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Architect/Resource with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and PCM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise reconciliation and financial close solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect Oracle ARCS solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end ARCS implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support.
- Configure reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and compliance controls.
- Design and manage integrations between ARCS, ERP, and other financial systems.
- Work with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and recommend Oracle EPM best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Support financial close, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain business rules, configurations, data integrations, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / EPM Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
- Strong experience with PCM (Profitability and Cost Management).




- Expertise in EPM Architecture and Solution Design.
- Solid understanding of Financial Close and Reconciliation processes.
- Experience with Data Integrations and ERP Integrations such as Oracle ERP/SAP.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules and EPM Configurations.
- Knowledge of Reporting, Compliance, and Financial Processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
