If you enjoy fresh air, getting your hands dirty, and seeing the results of a hard day's work, this could be the perfect start for you. We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join a friendly team and learn the ropes while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

No experience needed — just a excellent attitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in gardens and green spaces.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced team in Residential, Strata and Commercial settings around Castle Hill, Hornsby, Pymble and Lane Cove areas. You will learn a wide range of practical skills while completing a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, including:

- Lawn mowing, edging and general garden maintenance
- Planting, mulching, pruning and hedging
- Turf preparation and installation
- Weed, pest and disease identification and control
- Using hand tools and power equipment safely




- Learning best‑practice horticultural techniques

About You

You don't need to know everything already — we're looking for someone who is:

- Interested in gardening, landscaping and working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
- A team player who takes pride in their work and is hard working
- Hold (or willing to obtain) a White Card
- Have a driver's licence or working towards one

School leavers are encouraged to apply.
