About The Department

The Finance & Accounts (F&A;) department under the BPM practice at Nexdigm Pvt Ltd in Pune focuses on delivering end-to-end accounting and financial process solutions to global clients. Their services include transaction processing, financial reporting, compliance, and statutory filings. The team leverages technology and domain expertise to drive efficiency, accuracy, and process improvements across areas like P2P, O2C, R2R and MIS support.

Role Description

Drive efficient MIS processes, ensure compliance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and lead a high-performing team to deliver quality financial outputs.

Key Result Areas

- Distributor Onboarding: Drive end-to-end onboarding, from requirement gathering and UAT to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Customer Support & SLA Management: Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Business & Data Analysis:



Translate sales/retail business requirements and data insights into effective process and technology solutions.
- Process Excellence: Identify gaps and drive process improvements, tools, and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team & Operational Management: Lead resource planning, performance management, training, and development to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stakeholder & Dealer Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams while ensuring effective dealer master data, access, documentation, and communication.

Required Competencies, Skills, And Experience

- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of L1 customer support experience across voice and email channels.
- Strong team-handling experience with good understanding of Retail and Supply Chain fundamentals.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication, customer interaction, and issue-resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and documentation, with the ability to understand technical/software concepts.
- Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
