Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune (Hybrid)

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) Developer with strong expertise in implementing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and ServiceNow platform development.

This role may involve working with or supporting one of MatchPoint Solutions client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM modules including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
- Implement and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations.
- Manage and maintain IT Asset lifecycle processes from procurement to disposal.
- Configure and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create reports, dashboards,



and KPIs related to asset management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and/or Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro).
- Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Incident, and Change Management.
- Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
- Knowledge of Service Portal and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Cloud Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Service Mapping and ITOM modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITAM) certification.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
