Lead a multi-team AI and Analytics organization responsible for building scalable AI platforms, conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise BI solutions. Drive strategy, architecture, delivery, and organizational growth while managing managers and globally distributed teams

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

- Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, including reusable AI agents, orchestration, and governance.
- Own conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Ensure AI quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Build and scale teams of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts.
- Define technology strategy, organizational design, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Science, or related fields.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- 2+ years managing managers or multiple teams.




- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data-driven products.
- Solid expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Conversational AI and Agentic Analytics.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Power BI.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.

Education

- Typically requires a minimum of 14+ years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
