Operations Manager - Healthcare

Thealer Med is a healthcare company building and operating patient-centric brands across dentistry, aesthetics, skin & hair, wellness and allied healthcare services.

We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong healthcare operations experience, ideally someone who has managed multiple healthcare brands and/or multiple centres and understands the operational nuances of running different brands under one organisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the day-to-day operations across Thealer Med's healthcare brands and centres, ensuring consistency in processes, team performance, patient experience and business operations.

This is a hands-on healthcare operations role requiring someone who can work closely with doctors, clinic teams, management and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare brands and centres.
- Manage and coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, front-desk teams, assistants and support staff.
- Ensure smooth clinic functioning, patient flow and overall patient experience.
- Implement and maintain SOPs across different brands while adapting processes to each brand's positioning and requirements.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, OPD, conversions, collections and other operational KPIs.
- Identify operational gaps and work with centre teams to implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with HR on hiring, staffing, attendance, leaves, onboarding and employee performance.
- Ensure adequate manpower and efficient deployment of staff across centres.
- Coordinate with vendors, laboratories, housekeeping, biomedical waste and other service providers.
- Monitor clinic infrastructure, equipment, inventory and other operational requirements.




- Conduct regular centre visits and operational audits.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Work closely with the leadership team on new centre launches, brand expansion and process development.
- Drive standardisation and operational efficiency while maintaining the individual identity and requirements of each brand.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably with experience across multiple clinics, centres or healthcare brands.
- Experience in dental, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, hospitals, diagnostics or other healthcare businesses.
- Prior experience managing multi-brand healthcare operations will be strongly preferred.
- Robust understanding of clinic workflows and healthcare team management.
- Experience working closely with doctors and clinical teams.
- Strong people-management, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Comfortable working with operational data, reports and performance metrics.
- Highly organised, proactive and hands-on.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel across centres in Mumbai.

Healthcare operations experience is mandatory.

Candidates with experience managing multiple healthcare brands and/or centres will be given preference.

Candidates with only general operations experience in retail, hospitality, corporate operations or other non-healthcare sectors will not be considered.
