Process Overview.

Enterprise Chief People Technology: Development / Support/ testing of the technology solutions for the bank's Chief people office line of business applications.

Sales technology consists of a group of applications that act as a source for investing client information. Through these applications,



Sales across the globe connect with their clients contacts/ investors and manage their relationship. Insight Desktop is noteworthy applications which act as the primary tool for CRM & CMS activities. CRM related information is also captured and categorized as per the business division. All the sales applications are used globally

Job Description.

Candidate is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements using JAVA & Angular technologies. This role codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces. They are familiar with development and testing practices of Agile. This role demands capabilities and have experience in seamless integration of applications with other systems/business processes.

Responsibilities.

- Understand the business requirement and perform gap analysis
- Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
- Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
- Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
- Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.
- Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.
- Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance),analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
- Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
- Participate, contribute and can coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution,



release notes.
- Provide assistance to testing team, where necessary to aid in testing and test case creation
- Provide guidance to team developers with design, implementation and completion
- Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
- Responsible for compliance and security items and audit support at the team level.
- Acts as a liaison for production activities/issues.
- Follow the agile methodology

Requirements.

Education.

- B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
- Certifications If Any
- Any certification related to Agile, JAVA Technologies

Experience Range.

- 5+ Years

Foundational Skills.

- 4+ years of experience in JAVA, Angular Technologies as full stack developer and RDBMS concepts.
- Should have demonstrated good analytical and problem solving skills with faster turnaround time.
- Experience is design, develop, test and implementation of Web based applications.
- Knowledge and implementation experience in web services: SOAP, REST Web API, JSON.,
- XSLT and Xml Technologies and data transformation experience
- SDLC knowledge: Agile Scrum, bit bucket, Tower/Ansible automation experience is an advantage

- Must be detailed oriented and a quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with initial ramp up time of 3-4 weeks
