Our client, a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing, is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as the HR Business Partner for the manufacturing unit, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Drive and support key HR processes including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage employee relations and address workforce concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights to business and plant leadership.
- Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support learning and development, employee engagement, and other people initiatives at the plant.
- Partner with leadership on change management and implementation of HR policies and processes

Skills Required

- 4–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of manufacturing HR and workforce management.
- Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to partner effectively with plant leadership and business stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with recruitment partners, ITIs, training institutes, and campus sources.
- Robust MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
