Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar segment.
- Identify, target, and onboard new commercial clients to expand the customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, PMC, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and execution of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth project handover to execution teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Share regular updates on pipeline, closures, and market insights with leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 4–6 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales or business development.
- Proven track record in sales and commercial (C&I;) client acquisition.
- Strong ability to bring in new commercial clients and generate revenue.
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Positive understanding of solar technologies, EPC projects, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- MBA / Engineering / Business degree preferred.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience with Solar EPC companies or project bidding.
- Strong network within the Rajasthan commercial solar market.
- Understanding of local regulations and key industry stakeholders.
