Job Responsibilities

Company Name - Parker Hannifin India Pvt.Ltd.

- Manage all facility operations and maintenance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure.
- Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP.
- Ensure 100% utility availability for production.
- Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
- Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts.
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements.
- Plan facility improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts.
- Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal).
- Lead emergency response and breakdown management.
- Develop and lead facility team, training and performance.
