We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Finance Analyst who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and can operate independently.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Financial Operations

- Maintain and regularly update Tally with expenses, revenue, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly financial reports covering:
- Overall company performance
- Business Unit (BU)-wise performance
- Account/client-wise performance
- Revenue and expense analysis
- Track key financial metrics and highlight significant changes or deviations.
- Provide management with accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.

Financial Analysis & Compliance

- Analyze expenses and other financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Identify unnecessary expenses, process gaps, leakages, and opportunities for cost savings.




- Highlight anomalies and areas requiring management attention.
- Recommend practical measures to improve financial discipline and reduce costs.
- Support periodic audits, statutory compliance, and other finance-related requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally is essential.
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability—you should genuinely enjoy working with numbers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies and anomalies.
- High ownership and agency—you should be comfortable identifying problems and taking action rather than waiting for instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a technology company or startup is preferred.
- If you are naturally curious about numbers, notice things others miss, and like taking ownership of problems from identification to resolution, you will do well in this role.
