About The Chill Guide

The Chill Guide is a study abroad consultancy focused on making the international education journey simpler, transparent and accessible for students. We support students across university selection, applications, scholarships, visas and their overall journey towards studying abroad.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern who can contribute to our growing digital presence and connect with the student audience in an authentic and engaging way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands the student audience and is comfortable being part of the brand's on-camera presence.

Role & Responsibilities

- Create and support content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms
- Develop ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories and student-focused content
- Be comfortable appearing in Reels and other video content and represent The Chill Guide on social media
- Identify relevant trends, content formats and conversations within the student and study-abroad space
- Develop content around study abroad, university life, career opportunities, student experiences and student interests
- Write engaging captions and assist with content planning and scheduling
- Monitor comments,



messages and audience engagement
- Track basic social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with campaigns, collaborations and other digital marketing initiatives
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual identity

Who We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Mass Media, Communications or a related field
- Robust interest in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or video editing tools is preferred
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
