Job Responsibilities

Company Name - Parker Hannifin India Pvt.Ltd.

- Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.
- Maintain NAS valve in minimum level.
- Ensure 0 contamination in hydraulic oil through proper filtration, monitoring and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults by checking pressure levels, flow rates and sensor feedback.
- Monitor and analyze signals for faults in hydraulic valves, pumps, actuators and other components.
- Identify root cause of system breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Carry out visual inspection for leaks, blockages, noise, vibration and other abnormal conditions.
- Ensure all hydraulic components are in valuable working condition and perform as per standard.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, observations and parts replaced.
- Ensure safety compliance and follow standard operating procedures.

Additional Skills

- MC & HMC - PM and Troubleshooting
- Routine mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment
- Hydraulic system maintenance in high pressure test rigs (400-500 bar)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork
