Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing NexLevr's presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, managing community interactions, and monitoring engagement metrics. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing and brand objectives. The Social Media Marketing Manager will analyze performance data, test new approaches, and refine tactics to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow multi-platform social channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and optimize social content aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to craft clear messaging and engage effectively with online communities and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to integrate social media with broader online campaigns and performance tracking.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics) is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present performance reports to leadership is preferred.
- Prior experience managing social media for tech or product-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
