• GFXIP fundamentals and C/C++ Programming and Scripting languages.

• Functional and Performance Modeling Skills

• AI expert usage (claude, codex, copilot etc.)

• AI skill development as and when work is being done (not a separate task)

• Leverage AI to do end to end agentic modeling/coding/integration/test bring up – testing – validation and commits

• Improve verification of model by increased testing, having strong debug skills and independent drivers

• System level thinkers

• Accountability for the work and keeping to schedules
