We are looking for an experienced F&B; Executive to manage food and beverage operations across a university campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cafeteria and F&B; operations.
- Supervise F&B; staff and ensure smooth food service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and suppliers.
- Manage inventory, stock, consumption, and wastage.
- Handle student/faculty feedback and resolve F&B-related; concerns.
- Maintain F&B; records and support cost control.
- Coordinate food arrangements for university events and special functions.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.

Required Profile

- 2+ years of F&B; Operations experience.
- Experience in university/college campus, institutional catering, cafeteria, hotel, or similar F&B; operations.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
- Strong vendor management, staff supervision, and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
