We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Crane Components to drive business growth in the crane and heavy lifting segment. The role will focus on developing current customers, managing key accounts, and selling crane components and related solutions to crane manufacturers, fleet owners, operators, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for crane components and lifting solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with crane manufacturers, fleet owners, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable crane components/solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market mapping to identify potential accounts.
- Coordinate with technical, operations,



and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records.
- Support collections and ensure timely payment from customers.

Preferred Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in sales/business development in the crane, crane components, lifting equipment, rigging, wire ropes, or heavy engineering industry.
- Strong exposure to mobile cranes, tower cranes, crawler cranes, or industrial lifting solutions will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
