We are looking for a proactive and target-driven BDE – Bidding Expert to generate new business opportunities through project bidding and convert them into successful IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
- Research client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
- Manage the sales process from bidding to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, estimates, and project requirements.
- Achieve monthly bidding, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in IT bidding / Business Development.
- Proven experience in bidding and winning IT projects.
- Valuable understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, etc.
- Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
