JOB DESCRIPTION –

Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, with a strong focus on healthcare and clinical hiring. The role will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, driving hiring across locations, building talent pipelines, ensuring timely closures, and partnering with business leaders to meet manpower requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters/Talent Acquisition professionals handling multi-location hiring.
- Allocate recruitment requirements among team members based on priorities, locations and hiring volumes.
- Monitor individual and team recruitment performance, productivity and closure targets.
- Guide, mentor and support recruiters on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and closures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations, from manpower requirement to joining.
- Handle bulk, lateral, mid-level and senior-level hiring across healthcare and corporate functions.
- Recruit for clinical, non-clinical, hospital/clinic operations, sales, support and corporate functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions and shortlisting based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer discussions and offer-to-joining conversion.




- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
- Coordinate with multiple location heads and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and recruitment requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per agreed TAT and manpower plans.
- Identify suitable sourcing channels based on role, location and hiring volume.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio and closure status.
- Prepare and review recruitment MIS, team performance reports and hiring dashboards for management.
- Identify recruitment challenges and implement corrective actions to improve hiring efficiency.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to improve candidate attraction.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities – Key Hiring Areas

- Healthcare / Clinical: Doctors, Nurses, Medical/Clinical Staff, Paramedical Staff, Counsellors and other healthcare professionals.
- Non-Clinical / Operations: Clinic Managers, Centre Managers, Regional Managers, Front Office, Patient Relationship, Operations and Support Functions.
- Corporate Functions: HR, Finance, Administration, IT, Sales, Marketing and other corporate positions.

Responsibilities – Team Management

- Manage and mentor the recruitment team across multiple hiring requirements.




- Set daily/weekly recruitment priorities and monitor progress.
- Review recruiter pipelines, interview schedules and pending closures.
- Conduct regular team reviews to track sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
- Support recruiters in difficult or critical closures.
- Train team members on sourcing techniques, screening and candidate engagement.
- Drive accountability for individual and team-level recruitment targets.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/Graduation in Human Resources or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with team-handling experience.
- Experience managing multi-location recruitment.
- Healthcare/hospital/clinic recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate pipeline-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and hiring-manager coordination.
- Solid negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions, locations and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, TAT and hiring targets.
- Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
