Role Description The Delivery morning (4am–7am) role at bigbasket is a part-time, in office position based in Ghaziabad. In this role, the team member is responsible for accurately picking up packaged orders from the designated warehouse or hub and completing timely doorstep deliveries to customers during the early morning hours. Daily tasks include verifying order details, handling products with care, following mapped delivery routes, and ensuring that customers receive their orders in good condition.



The role also involves basic use of a mobile application for navigation and order updates, maintaining punctuality, and adhering to safety and company guidelines. Team members are expected to interact courteously with customers and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to resolve delivery or route-related issues.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure polite, professional interactions and a positive delivery experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Teamwork skills to coordinate with hub staff, fellow delivery personnel, and supervisors.
- Candidates should be comfortable with basic Integration of mobile apps and navigation tools into daily work for order tracking and route management.
- Candidates with experience in Recruiting or mentoring delivery associates may be preferred for future leadership or support roles.
- Basic literacy and numeracy, with the ability to read order details and addresses accurately.
- Physical ability to ride or drive and handle loads safely during early morning hours.
- Reliability, time management, and willingness to work the 4am–7am shift on-site in Ghaziabad.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
