Responsibilities

* Manage daily social media activities across Instagram & YouTube

* Schedule and publish videos, Reels, Shorts & posts

* Manage comments, DMs & audience interactions

* Maintain and update the social media content calendar

* Coordinate with Content, Design & Video Editing teams

* Ensure content is published on time without delays

* Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports

* Track trends and suggest relevant content opportunities

* Optimize captions, titles, hashtags & descriptions

* Monitor competitor and industry social media activities

Skills Required

* 1+ year experience in Social Media Management

* Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube

* Knowledge of social media scheduling and publishing tools

* Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube analytics

* Valuable communication and writing skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple content releases and deadlines

* Understanding of current social media trends

* Basic knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement

* Ability to coordinate effectively with creative teams
