The ideal candidate excels in LinkedIn profile sourcing, Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, and social media recruitment. You will source top tech and IT talent for US/Canadian clients using advanced techniques, with flexibility for night shifts to align with US/Canada time zones. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Premium tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct advanced candidate searches on LinkedIn using Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Premium features like Talent Insights, Open Profile filters, and Spotlights.

- Collaborate with recruiters to qualify profiles, shortlist 50+ candidates daily, and maintain ATS records for high-volume US staffing projects.

Required Qualifications

- 2-8 years of hands-on experience in US/Canada staffing, IT recruitment, or RPO.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing: Boolean logic.
- Excellent English communication; ability to work US night shifts with high energy.
