About the Role

Scribbl Concepto is looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Manager for our Exhibition Design & Build division.

We need someone who can generate leads, develop recent clients, close exhibition booth projects and manage the client relationship from enquiry to final design approval and execution handover.

This is a business generation role — not just client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Research upcoming exhibitions and identify participating companies.
- Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, references and exhibition visits.
- Connect with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Business Owners and other decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements, booth size, budget, branding objectives and timelines.
- Prepare client briefs and coordinate with our designers to develop exhibition booth concepts and presentations.
- Present designs, proposals and quotations to clients.
- Follow up, negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate design revisions between the client and internal design team.




- Manage client servicing from initial enquiry through design approval and project handover.
- Develop repeat business from existing clients.
- Maintain a proper lead pipeline and weekly follow-up/closure report.

Who We Are Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Sales, preferably from:

Exhibitions | Events | Experiential Marketing | Advertising | Interior Design | Retail Design | Design & Build

You should be confident in cold calling, client meetings, presentations, follow-ups and commercial negotiations.

Good communication in English and Hindi is essential.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Performance incentives can be offered for successful project conversions.

Most Important

We are looking for someone who can find opportunities and convert them into business, while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
