Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Checklist and Shipping Bill Maker with 4–5 years of relevant experience. The role involves preparing export and import checklists, drafting and verifying shipping bills, and ensuring that all documentation complies with customs and regulatory requirements. The team member will coordinate with operations, customer service, and external stakeholders to obtain necessary information and supporting documents. Daily tasks include data entry into shipping systems, maintaining accurate records, tracking shipment status, and resolving documentation discrepancies. The role also requires timely submission of documents, adherence to internal processes,



and support in continuous improvement of documentation workflows.
Qualifications

- Experience in Shipping & Receiving functions, including handling documentation and coordinating shipment flows.
- Skills in Packing and Shipping processes, with attention to compliance, labeling, and cargo accuracy.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control practices to support accurate recording and monitoring of goods movement.
- Ability to work safely around material-handling equipment; basic awareness of Forklift Operation is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of experience in export/import documentation, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipping bills, checklists, and related statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics documentation software; comfort with data entry and record management.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
