Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Handle tax-related matters and ensure timely compliance.

Qualifications

- CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting,



preferably in the fashion/retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
