Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Fashion Designer and Online Handling specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new garment designs, selecting fabrics and trims, creating sketches or digital design concepts, and coordinating with production to ensure accurate sampling and final execution. The role also involves managing online brand presence, including handling social media content, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating online orders, and maintaining product listings on digital platforms. The Fashion Designer will work closely with the team to align designs with brand identity, monitor market trends, and support seasonal collections.



The position requires consistent on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage both design activities and online operations.

Qualifications

- Strong fashion design skills, including sketching, concept development, and garment construction understanding.
- Ability to work with textiles, colors, and trims, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Experience handling online platforms, including social media management and basic e-commerce operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills for responding to messages, queries, and order-related concerns.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools such as design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or similar) and office productivity tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage design work, production coordination, orders completion and manage delivery timelines and online tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in fashion design, apparel, or textile-related roles is preferred.
- Relevant education in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is an advantage
- Travel to exhibitions and displays whenever required.
- Hand painting knowledge and placements knowledge.
- Salary -Upto 30000/-(As per experience and task execution)
