Role Description The Team Lead – PPC is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other relevant ad networks to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Daily tasks include keyword research, bid and budget management, ad copy creation,



landing page coordination, performance analysis, and reporting on key metrics. The Team Lead – PPC will manage and mentor a PPC team, assign tasks, review campaign setups, and ensure adherence to best practices and client goals. This position collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital marketing objectives and business outcomes.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and develop PPC specialists.
- Strong Communication abilities for internal collaboration and client-facing discussions.
- Proven expertise in PPC campaign management (e.g., Google Ads), including keyword research, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
