Experience - 2-3 years in FP&A; / corporate finance

Qualification - CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred

Reporting exposure - Group MIS, management reports and board decks

Tools - Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Claude

About The Role:-

Join a fast-paced listed company as a key FP&A; driver, working closely with leadership on group-level planning, performance insights, automation and cost efficiency. This role will translate complex financial information into clear recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Own group budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.

• Prepare consolidated MIS, board decks and management reports.

• Partner with business heads to translate financial data into actionable insights.

• Drive automation of recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and Power Query.

• Identify cost-efficiency opportunities and track savings across the group.





• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business-case analysis.

Requirements :-

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in FP&A; or corporate finance, ideally within a listed company. Qualification : CA, MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.

Technical skills : Strong Excel skills. Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and Claude or similar productivity tools.

Automation : Experience automating recurring reporting and dashboard processes.

Stakeholder management : Comfortable working with senior management and delivering accurately under tight timelines.
