Key Responsibilities

• Supporting to handle cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, and claim coordination with TPAs & insurance companies.

• Supporting to manage hospital empanelments and follow up on approvals.

• Supporting to coordinate with hospital teams for smooth admissions and discharges.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on portal

• Coordinate with insurer for smooth settlement.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers with solid learning ability may also apply.

• Good English communication and computer skills.

• Candidates with a stable local residence will be preferred.

• Experience in TPA, health insurance, hospital billing, or cashless processing preferred.
