ServiceNow QA/Tester

Experience: 5+ Years in ServiceNow

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester with strong hands-on testing experience across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data and test execution reports.
- Validate workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs and Flow Designer.
- Perform API/integration testing using REST/SOAP.
- Log, track and retest defects and coordinate with development teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression and production validation.
- Participate in release and upgrade testing.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of solid QA/testing experience with significant ServiceNow testing experience.
- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
