Position: AI Security Architect

Position Summary:

The AI Security Architect secures the expanded attack surface that AI introduces across ERP, OT, MES and supplier networks. The role designs zero-trust access for agents, private enterprise AI patterns that keep customer IP out of public models, and the AI Security Operations capability that monitors prompts, activity and data leakage.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect zero-trust access — every agent authenticated, authorized and logged.
- Design private AI patterns (Azure OpenAI tenant, SAP Joule, Copilot) to protect BOMs, drawings and RFQs.
- Stand up AI Security Operations: prompt, activity and data-leakage monitoring with anomaly detection.
- Define controls against prompt injection, exfiltration and compromised agents.




- Embed security into the integration layer (BTP/iPaaS) and CI/CD for agents.

Ideal Profile

- 10+ years in enterprise / OT security architecture.
- Hands-on with identity, zero-trust and cloud security (Azure preferred).
- Understanding of LLM/agent-specific threats and mitigations.
- Experience securing manufacturing / regulated environments.

Success in 12 Months

- Zero-trust agent access model implemented.
- AI-SOC monitoring live with defined response playbooks.
- No customer-proprietary data exposed to public models.
