Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple Ajmal Perfumes retail stores across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands, with a proven track record in managing multiple stores and leading retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores across the Delhi NCR cluster.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and store performance against defined targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, conversion, average transaction value, footfall, and productivity.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Store In-charges and retail teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and luxury retail standards across all stores.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, grooming, product presentation, and store hygiene.
- Analyse store-wise performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and minimise stock variances.




- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Support new store launches, manpower planning, training, and operational requirements.
- Understand local market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with Sales, HR, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores.
- Experience in fragrance/perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury, premium fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium retail is preferred.
- Robust experience in multi-store / cluster management.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric approach with an understanding of premium and luxury retail standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively across stores in Delhi NCR.
