Role Title

Quality Specialist II (Supplier Quality Review Analyst)

Role Purpose

Support the periodic review of existing suppliers by collecting quality data, issuing supplier questionnaires, compiling required evidence, and providing completed review packs to the relevant divisions for decision-making. Maintaining score cards.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the supplier review schedule for existing suppliers.
- Issue supplier questionnaires and follow up on responses.
- Collect and collate supplier quality data from agreed sources.
- Compile supplier review reports using the approved template.




- Highlight missing information, overdue responses, trends, or potential concerns.
- Submit completed review packs to site Quality / Supplier Quality teams.
- Maintain a tracker for open, completed, and overdue reviews.
- Ensure review records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good data handling and reporting skills.
- Ability to follow a defined process consistently.
- Clear written communication.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with suppliers and internal stakeholders of all organisational levels.
- Basic understanding of quality records, supplier questionnaires, NCRs, CAPAs, audits, and quality data.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (13485), and international regulatory requirements
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation (TrackWise, Master Control, or equivalent)
- Experience in deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and root cause analysis
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience Level

Suitable for someone with 3 -4 years’ experience in Quality, Supplier Quality support, Quality Systems, Document Control, Procurement Support, or a regulated operational workplace.

Experience in IVD, medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical industry would be essential.
