Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive responsible for generating current business through field visits, meeting Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and other industry professionals, and presenting our product catalogue and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and sales meetings with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Developers.
- Present company product catalogues, furniture, interior products, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market visits and networking.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.




- Maintain a database of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Visit project sites and client offices when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry events.

Ideal Candidate

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face sales and client meetings.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, or Hospitality clients will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
