Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market
- Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs




- Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners
- Generate business through the CP network
- Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures
- Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets

Requirements:

- 3+ year of experience in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing
- Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and business-focused
- Real Estate experience is mandatory
