About the Role

We are seeking an Adobe Analytics Consultant with hands-on experience in digital analytics implementation, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design, implement, validate, and optimize analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with analytical thinking, documentation expertise, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support analytics implementations leveraging Adobe Web SDK across web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate measurement requirements into scalable tracking solutions.
- Author and maintain implementation documentation including Solution Design Requirements (SDR), Technical Solution Documents (TSD), tracking specifications, and data layer requirements.
- Perform implementation validation,



troubleshooting, and quality assurance using Adobe Assurance, AEP Debugger, and related testing tools.
- Develop reports and analysis within Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Contribute to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data collection and enablement initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and governance best practices.
- Engage with client stakeholders to provide implementation support, status updates, and recommendations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Web SDK.
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and reporting.
- Good understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience in mobile app analytics implementation and validation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery and digital analytics concepts.
- Experience with Adobe Assurance, AEP Debugger, and analytics QA methodologies.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred

- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital analytics implementations.
