Job Summary

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executives and Recruitment Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer release, and closure.

Selected interns will undergo initial training and, after the training period, will be expected to independently manage assigned recruitment requirements. Interns demonstrating strong performance during the internship will have an opportunity to convert to a full time Talent Acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Connect with candidates and assess their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Drive candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidates through selection and offer stages.
- Coordinate offer release and ensure timely closure of selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates through the joining stage.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HRMS/ATS.




- Work towards achieving assigned hiring targets and timelines.
- Independently manage assigned positions after completing the initial training.

For Recruitment Interns

- Receive structured training on the company's recruitment process, tools, and hiring practices.
- After training, independently handle assigned recruitment requirements.
- Own candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer closure, and joining for assigned positions.
- Work towards defined recruitment targets and timelines.
- Gain hands-on experience across the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
- High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Talent Acquisition opportunity based on their internship performance.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate degree.
- Freshers can apply for the Internship role.
- Candidates with prior recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience can apply for the Executive role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners required.
