We are looking for a Business / Credit Risk Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and work closely with the Risk team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python and prior experience specifically in the NBFC or Fintech domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Risk team to analyze portfolio, customer, and loan-related data.
- Perform data analysis to identify risk trends, patterns, and key business insights.
- Use SQL and Python extensively for data extraction, analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Analyze key risk and portfolio metrics across the customer and loan lifecycle.
- Identify trends in portfolio performance, repayment behavior, delinquency, and risk.
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support risk and business decisions.
- Translate business and risk requirements into data-driven analysis and actionable insights.
- Work with large datasets and conduct exploratory analysis to identify potential risk indicators.
- Collaborate with Risk, Product, Business, and Data teams to solve complex analytical problems.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- B.Tech/B.E. from a reputed institute.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics / Credit Risk Analytics / Data Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and prior experience in NBFC or Fintech
- Experience working with Risk Analytics / Credit Risk / Portfolio Analytics will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
