Creative Content & Design Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Content & Design Specialist to support the growth of a home-improvement brand focused on drill-free and labour-free hanging solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently create high-quality visual content across product photography, video, graphic design, AI-assisted content, e-commerce creatives, packaging and retail communication.

This is not a pure social-media role. The candidate should be comfortable working with physical products and developing complete creative assets for Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, packaging and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute product photography and product video shoots. Create short-form videos, Reels, product demonstrations and installation videos. Develop creatives for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Create Amazon and e-commerce listing images, infographics, A+ content and product videos. Design packaging for new product launches and product updates. Develop retail fixture graphics, point-of-sale materials and in-store communication. Use AI tools for image generation, enhancement, video creation and creative development. Adapt creatives across different platforms and formats. Maintain organized source files and final creative assets. Develop new creative concepts proactively instead of only executing instructions. Study competitor content and identify new visual and content opportunities. Support new product launches with complete creative asset packages.

Skills Required

Strong graphic design skills. Product photography and videography. Video editing and short-form content creation. Image editing and retouching. Packaging design experience. E-commerce / Amazon creative development. Understanding of social-media content formats.



Experience using AI tools for image and video creation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut and generative AI platforms will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is highly creative but also execution-focused, can work independently with limited supervision, has strong attention to detail, and understands how to communicate product perks visually. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with physical products, can convert a brief into finished creative assets, is open to feedback and continuous improvement, is proactive in suggesting new creative ideas, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Formal qualifications are less important than the quality of the candidate's portfolio and practical capability.

Performance & Incentive Structure

The role carries a fixed salary of ₹45,000 per month plus a monthly performance incentive of ₹20,000–₹40,000. Performance will be measured through a simple and transparent system based on creative output and completion of assigned deliverables, on-time delivery, quality and approval of creatives, and creative initiative and new ideas. The role is output-oriented and provides flexibility in how the candidate manages creative production while maintaining clear monthly performance expectations.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio showing relevant work in one or more of the following areas: product photography, product videos, Reels / short-form videos, e-commerce or Amazon creatives, graphic design, packaging design, retail / POS creatives, or AI-assisted creative work. Candidates with only generic social-media posting experience and limited design or product-content capability may not be suitable.

Selection Process

- Shortlisted candidates may be given a small paid practical assignment to assess creative thinking, execution quality and ability to work with product-related content.
