Job Purpose: Lead and manage building maintenance, waterproofing, rehabilitation and refurbishment activities to ensure asset reliability, safety, quality and lifecycle enhancement

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective building maintenance programs.
- Conduct condition assessments and identify defects, leakages and structural deterioration.
- Lead waterproofing works / repair works for roofs, terraces, basements, wet areas, podiums, water bodies and water-retaining structures.
- Manage refurbishment, rehabilitation and restoration projects.
- Coordinate for BOQs, technical specifications and tender documents.
- Review the drawings, BOQ, specifications, methodology
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, costs and performance.
- Prepare and present weekly monthly progress reports to senior management
- Travel across India required, based on project and business requirements





Qualifications and Work Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and waterproofing repair works.
- Preferred experience with commercial buildings, IT parks, and facility management organizations.
