Position : Manager – Business Development

Job Location: 1. Delhi/ North India

2. Vapi/Daman/Silvassa

3. Mumbai

Salary : As per Industry standards depending on Experience & Exposure in the relevant field

Requirements :

- CIPET /B.Tech/Diploma in Polymers, Plastics
- Candidates preferred from above locations
- A minimum of 5 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Selling Masterbatches, Compounds to processors & convertors.
- Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections.
- Understanding of Plastic Processing techniques.
- Fluency both in English & local language.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues




- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
- Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
- Timely customer support for trials and development
- Travel extensively in the region for business activities
