We are looking to have a Key Account Manager to join our Modern Trade team based at Bangalore. The incumbent will play a key role in delivering the overall Contemporary Trade objectives, managing key National chains, strategizing/executing shopper activities to drive sales in accordance with the companies policies and strategies.

Experience range: 5+ years

What this role will deliver:

- Manage the premium LFS/ departmental stores (Shoppers/ Lifestyle/ Centro etc.) for Travel bags, Accessories and Handbags
- Assortment planning across categories to cover all price points & shelf share.
- Ensuring timely new listing, SKU-level penetration & drive secondary sales category-wise.
- Negotiating terms of trade, best in-store & fixture spaces and plan monthly activation with chains.
- Benchmark competition products & activities and develop an account-wise strategy to maintain market share.
- Ensuring high fill rates by initiating timely stock transfers from the central warehouse to regional depots.




- Key role in annual budgeting, demand planning, forecasting & new product/category development input to the marketing team.
- Reviewing store-wise performance, planning promotions and devise big-to-mega store plan with regional teams.
- Maintained targeted gross margins & efficient debtor management by monitoring timely GRNs & regular payment collection.
- Managing promotional spends by making a viable investment in promo space to drive growth.
